The coordination and implementation of the project will be carried out , by the Institutional Committee of the project, from the Scientific Director Ko Ilia Goynopoylo, Professor of TEI of Western Macedonia, in collaboration with the Institutional Head Ko Nikolao Asimopoylo, Professor, Education Committee Chairman & Researches of TEI of Western Macedonia. and technical responsible Ms. Rodi Tsagalidou, Professor applications of TEI of Western Macedonia as well as from the KYTEP (Center for communications and Information Technology Support) Tei of Western Macedonia. The KYTEP is, a central unit of the TEI of Western Macedonia which will have the responsibility of project support. The KYTEP, as already offered in the academic community of the Foundation related services, will continue to provide and after the end of the project. During the project will complete the preparation of a comprehensive plan for the integration of services in existing structures and their sustainability.

The Tei of Western Macedonia already uses the e-learing platform Class (Version 2.4) whatever will be upgraded within the scope of the project in the Version 3. The platform supports a total 932 lessons, While it has 8411 Users of which 257 Trainers and 8154 Trainees. In the Web page of the e-Class platform (http://eclass.teikoz.gr), supportive multimedia material is available for use and management by members of the teaching staff and students.

In the context of the completion will be exploited as much as possible the central infrastructure and services with the aim of saving resources, but taking into account the relevant Institutional policy.
