Today, educational institutions offer digital courses, which meet only basic functions, i.e. a minimum of educational material, without some organization or the Organization's pedagogical approach. The incomplete content and non-structured organization of, prevents the use of digital courses from the general public. This project aims at quantitative and qualitative upgrading of the presence of courses, the content and its accessibility to the public. Access to the content will be carried out in a structured way, to meet the needs of the target population that is the general public and students of the Institute and to facilitate the study of the educational material.

The ultimate goal of the project is to:

• Support the further development of effective utilization of information and communication technologies (ICT) in education and training

• Promote quality education and to

• Adjust the services of two educational institutions to the needs of the knowledge society.

The main result of the project will be an important part of the Foundation's course to be open and available digitally on Internet. From access to digital courses these will benefit the Foundation's students first, who regardless of their time-limited-villagersms will be able to study the educational material.

Secondly, all citizens will be able to access off digital courses, with score update their knowledge on specific topics, but also to acquire new insights into new thematic objects, knowledge that will assist them in professional athletics or their personal development.

With the implementation of the project there will be:

• Improve the quality of education,

• Continuous upgrading of the level of knowledge, skills and competencies of human resources required for the needs of modern society and the labour market,

• Strengthening social cohesion and further economic development through productivity and competitiveness.

The actions of the proposed action, namely the massive and systematic development of open courses to meet specific requirements apply for the first time in Greece. Extra, the project proposes the live broadcast and recording binteodialexewn on broad and productive scale, which is another innovation, not only at national but also European level.
